"Zavarovalnica Sava" Koroška Open 2024
Since its beginnings, our tournament has grown into one of the biggest competitions for cadets (U18) and younger cadets (U16) in the region. In 2016 we hosted almost 1000 competitors from 33 countries and 3 continents. In 2023 605 competitors from 20 nations in 3 age groups - U16, U18, and U21.
The 18th Koroška Open will be held on 19 and 20 October 2024. As with every year up till now, we expect a high-class event with more than 600 athletes from over 20 countries of the world.
The competition will be broadcast live over the internet, as it has been for the past 8 years, so your judoka's family and friends can watch and cheer from home.
After the competition, from Monday, 21 October to Wednesday, 23 October a training camp will be organized for all competitors. As with every year up til now, we expect most of the participants to stay for the camp.
Registration will open in May 2024. To register for accommodation, please fill out the entry form in the downloads section and send it back to us no later than Friday, 4 October 2024. All competitors must also be registered online by following the links below.
